You’re interested in Diversity and Inclusion; you’ve heard about the benefits and you are ready to make a commitment for your organization/company/firm.
At ASI we believe that inclusion is an outcome™ and that it is created over time.
We also know that this change has to start with you – the leadership team – because if you “get it”, then you help create the culture that supports a sense of belonging (and with it, diversity).
You may have a few questions, such as:
What does a commitment to Diversity & Inclusion mean?
What is it really about?
What does this require of me as a leader?
And where/how do we start?
The Inclusive Leadership Program is designed around these questions.
Our goal is to help you develop an inclusive mindset so D&I becomes a lens through which you lead.
The Inclusive Leadership Program consists of monthly modules and virtual calls based on our Signature Methodology (the ABCs of Inclusion™).
It allows you to learn key components of D&I, and build your knowledge, awareness, understanding and effectiveness around the ABCs, what they mean, and how to apply them to your day-to-day leadership.
There are two options:
- Sign up your whole leadership team and build capacity together.
- Sign yourself up and work with other leaders (open registration).
What’s involved?
Learning modules, Q&A sessions, Access to a D&I consultant, Coaching calls.
What will it cost?
Consider the cost of not to do this work: absenteeism, lack of engagement, low productivity, lack of innovation (just some of the impacts of a work environment that isn’t inclusive). And turnover results in other costs: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training. Not to mention the costs associated with products and services that don’t quite hit the mark for a diverse customer/client base.
The benefits of infusing Diversity & Inclusion into your organizational DNA far outweigh the costs…if it’s done well.
That’s where the Inclusive Leadership Program comes in.
Please book a call here, so we can explore how the Inclusive Leadership Program can assist you in walking the talk – as a Leader or as a Leadership Team.
