Leadership
Inclusive Leadership is a crucial component of an organization’s commitment to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) -because if the leaders “get it”, then you help create the culture that supports a sense of belonging (and with it, diversity).
The goal of the Inclusive Leadership Program (ILP) is to help you develop an inclusive mindset, so that EDIB become the lenses through which you lead.
The Inclusive Leadership Program consists of 6 monthly modules based on our Signature Methodology (the ABCs of Inclusion™).
It allows you to:
- learn key components of EDIB
- build your knowledge, awareness and understanding of the ABCs
- apply the ABCs to your day-to-day leadership
Within each module there is an interactive learning session, individual work and a Q&A session where participants bring their questions, thoughts and experiences with the topic.
The ILP modules:

- Safety
- Bias & Unconscious Bias
- Systems, Power & Privilege
- Understanding “Race” and Systemic Racism
- Allyship
