Leadership
Leadership is a crucial component of an organization’s commitment to creating a healthy workplace community – because if the leaders “get it”, then you help create the culture that builds belonging.
The goal of our Connected Leadership Program is to help you pay attention, and notice more (inside and out) so you can support connection, community and care.
The Connected Leadership Program consists of 6 monthly modules.
It allows you to:
- Cultivate self awareness
- Build understanding
- Strengthen you ability to create community
Within each module there is an interactive learning session, individual work and a Q&A session where participants bring their questions, thoughts and experiences with the topic.
The CLP can be booked for intact leadership teams within one organization.

Here’s what some of our past participants are saying:
“…This space of learning and growing through transparency and vulnerability provided our leadership team with tools that I feel really equipped us to take next steps in our organization. Big and little steps towards building a more inclusive working environment. As well as providing us with recommendations that we used to assist in creating a safer space for staff to take an introspective look, lean into learning and growing as we all challenge ourselves in this work. “
K. Mighty, Director or EDI
“Annemarie’s Leadership Program has prepared me to lead, communicate and engage with my team more effectively overall. Annemarie’s authentic, thoughtful approach and program style provided a safe and supportive space for our leadership team to learn, unlearn and have uncomfortable conversations with humour and grace. I would wholeheartedly recommend this program to everyone in leadership; It’s by far the most valuable learning and development program I’ve participated in throughout my career.”
Brennan S., Director of Development & Community Engagement
“I got so much out of the Leadership Program led by Annemarie. I feel I have a different and stronger relationship with the other members of leadership at my organization, I have a different lens to view my interactions with others (inside and outside of the workplace), and I can see myself within those interactions and relationships from multiple perspectives, a much wider perspective than I had on my own. Overall it was just incredibly valuable and I’m hopeful that the impact is felt throughout the agency. I am very appreciative that my organization invested in this learning, and unlearning, for all of us.”
