Our ABCs of Engagement methodology guides our walk with you through three phases:
- Discovery
- Strategy Development
- Learning & Implementation
The Discovery Phase
In this phase, we focus on climate, culture and what is currently in place, examining your employees’ sense of belonging and their experiences at your company, as well as opportunities to strengthen your commitment in policy, process and programs.
In this phase we use our ABCD Survey – an ASI proprietary data collection tool – as well as qualitative methodologies to collect information about employee awareness, experiences and needs.
Action Planning
Using the information gathered in the Discovery Phase, we work together to develop an organizational strategy for a healthy workplace community, based on our ABCs. Not ready to collect data? We can start with the strategy!
Learning & Support
Learning is a critical component of change. And, being able to exercise and demonstrate that learning, implement the learning in daily practice, recognize that mistakes are inevitable and course-correct are all are necessary components of a healthy workplace community where people are acknowledged and valued. We offer various levels of support (from discussion guides to sitting in on meetings to consulting) to help you action what you have learned and bring your commitment to life.
