The Discovery Phase
In this phase, we focus on climate, culture and what is currently in place, examining your employees’ sense of belonging and their experiences at your company, as well as opportunities to strengthen your commitment in policy, process and programs.
In this phase we collect data in various ways to better understand your employees’ experiences, awareness, needs, barriers, and celebrations.
Strategy Development
Using the information gathered in the Discovery Phase, we work together to develop an organizational strategy for building belonging.
