Learning is a critical component of change. Being able to exercise and demonstrate that learning, implement the learning in daily practice, recognize that mistakes are inevitable and course-correct are all are necessary components of a healthy workplace community that supports diversity, equity and inclusion.
We run our programs as series’; in small chunks over time to facilitate learning, reflection and application.
We offer “live” (currently all online) and hybrid options (e-learning & live) to help your staff understand their important role in the creation of inclusive spaces.
